Job Description :
- To assist the Head Chef
- Coordinate functions of the kitchen operations and hygiene
- Control the kitchen employees and maintain discipline and interdepartmental harmony
- Food Cost and quality controlling
Requirements :
- Graduate courses in cooking and HACCP
- Minimum of 3 years working experience as chef in Continental cuisine
- Must be computer literate and able to use Microsoft tools.
