Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in maintenance & troubleshooting of all types of HVAC Systems.
Troubleshooting, Maintenance & Commissioning of Reciprocating, Screw & Centrifugal Chiller Package & DX System (Split & Package Units) of York/JCI, Carrier, Trane, SKM, etc.
Good Knowledge of compressor overhauling, components replacement, pressurization, flushing (in case of burn and welding) oil charging, system evacuation, gas charging, checking of suction superheat and discharge subcooling.
Repairing HVAC Semi-Hermetic Compressors (Reciprocating & Screw Type).
Good Knowledge in Electric Motor Rewinding – Coil Winding of 3 Phase AC Induction Motors and DC Armatures.
Knowledge in Overhauling of Bitzer, Danfoss, Hanbell, Carrier compressors.
Knowledge of Insulation Resistance Test for Motors & Compressors.
Knowledge of troubleshooting will be an added advantage. Workshop experience is a must.
