Requirements/ Qualifications
- High school/ Graduate
- Minimum 3 years experience
- Computer Literate (MS Office Suite)
Purpose
- To attend to visitors and deal with inquiries on the phone and face to face. Supply information to the general public, clients and customers
Duties & Responsibilities
- Customers receive a professional manner.
- That is to maintain the reception area clean and tidy at all times to reflect the appearance of the company and High-end image and cultural company in front of guests and reviewers.
- That keeps the general appearance and personal hygiene in a professional manner, reflecting the image of the company.
- Reply to all incoming calls in a professional manner and high receive and pass messages from which all transparency and accuracy
- Maintaining the confidentiality of information that is received and transmitted in a professional and permanent manner.
- HSE accountability
- Performs additional duties and assignments, as requested.
Internal / External Communications
- Staff in the head office and Customers.
Skill Requirements
- Verbal & Written Communication; Professional Personal presentation; Customer Service Orientation; Stress tolerance.
Terms
- Salary : 250 KD
- After receiving selection confirmation from the client, candidates will do their pre medical.
