Job Description for Sales Officer Job in Kuwait

  • Job Title – Sales Officer
  • Department – Public Relations & Marketing
  • Reports to – Department Manager
  • Type of Employment – Permanent

Requirements / Qualifications

  • High School Diploma /Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business management, marketing or related field is preferred. 
  • 2-3 years’ experience in Sales, marketing or related field 


  • Sales officer will determine the most effective solutions to increase company sales


  • Develop and sustain long-lasting relationships with customers. 
  • Call potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure that the company is reaching its target audience. 
  • Analyze competitors’ products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success. 
  • Maintain an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints. 
  • Inform product developers of possible product improvements and changes to ensure that company products meet current market needs.

Internal / External Communications

  • All Internal Staff and Department Manager 
  • Customers and potential clients

Skill Requirements

  • Excellent written and oral communication skill & Negotiating Skills 
  • MS office


  • Salary : 380 KD
  • After receiving selection confirmation from the client, candidates will do their pre medical.
