Requirement / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Administration
Purpose
- To support the department ensuring smooth function of the management.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Answers the telephone for administration, responds to questions, directs calls and takes messages
- Complete forms in accordance with company procedures.
- Compose, type, and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, and reports.
- Open, read, route, and distribute incoming mail and other material, and prepare answers to routine letters.
- Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material.
- Prepare confidential and sensitive documents
- Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material.
- Processing and responding to Department correspondence.
- Follow – up instructions given by Chief PR & Marketing Officer to the departments
- Schedules meetings and appointments
- Acts as liaison with other departments on specific assignment
- Prepare the department monthly salary sheets for the employees and submit to HR
- HSE Accountability
- Performs additional duties and assignments, as requested.

- Salary : 300 KD
