Job Description for Secretary PR and Marketing Job in Kuwait

  • Job Title – Secretary PR and Marketing
  • Department – Public Relations & Marketing 
  • Location – Head Office 
  • Reports to – Chief PR & Marketing Officer 
  • Type of Employment – Permanent 

Requirement / Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Administration 

Purpose

  • To support the department ensuring smooth function of the management. 

Duties & Responsibilities 

  • Answers the telephone for administration, responds to questions, directs calls and takes messages 
  • Complete forms in accordance with company procedures. 
  • Compose, type, and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, and reports. 
  • Open, read, route, and distribute incoming mail and other material, and prepare answers to routine letters. 
  • Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material. 
  • Prepare confidential and sensitive documents
  • Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material. 
  • Processing and responding to Department correspondence. 
  • Follow – up instructions given by Chief PR & Marketing Officer to the departments 
  • Schedules meetings and appointments
  • Acts as liaison with other departments on specific assignment 
  • Prepare the department monthly salary sheets for the employees and submit to HR 
  • HSE Accountability 
  • Performs additional duties and assignments, as requested. 

Internal/ External Communications

  • Department Head; Other department staff 

Skill Requirements 

  • Administrative Writing Skills, Reporting Skills, Scheduling, Microsoft Office Skills, Professionalism, Confidentiality, Organization, Travel Logistics, Typing, Verbal Communication

Terms

  • Salary : 300 KD
  • After receiving selection confirmation from the client, candidates will do their pre medical.
