Job Description of HVAC Supervisor (Workshop) Oil and Gas Jobs in Gulf Countries :
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in maintenance & troubleshooting of all types of HVAC Systems.
- Troubleshooting, Maintenance & Commissioning of Reciprocating, Screw & Centrifugal Chiller Package & DX System (Split & Package Units) of York/JCI, Carrier, Trane, SKM, etc.
- Good Knowledge of compressor overhauling, components replacement, pressurization, flushing (in case of burn and welding) oil charging, system evacuation, gas charging, checking of suction superheat and discharge subcooling.
- Repairing HVAC Semi-Hermetic Compressors (Reciprocating & Screw Type).
- Good Knowledge in Electric Motor Rewinding – Coil Winding of 3 Phase AC Induction Motors and DC Armatures.
- Knowledge in Overhauling of Bitzer, Danfoss, Hanbell, Carrier compressors.
- Knowledge of Insulation Resistance Test for Motors & Compressors.
- Knowledge of troubleshooting will be an added advantage. Workshop experience is a must.
