Key responsibilities for Assistant General Manager Job in UK
- To provide a friendly, courteous and professional service at all times

- To check guests for proper ID and serve alcohol in accordance to licence and company regulations

- To ensure that all opening and closing duties are completed in line with company standards
- To report any customer complaints and any allergy related matters to the Manager on duty
- To be competent in the use of the MICROS system at all stages of service
- To attend any meeting or training session as required by Management
- To maintain a safe and hygienic work environment
- To carry out any reasonable request made by Management
- To champion guest name usage and lead by example, engaging whenever possible with all guests
- To ensure that the work area, materials and equivalent are clean and well-maintained at all times, and to report defective materials and equipment to the Bar Manager
- To make sure to follow H&S policy with regards to items expiry date labelling
- To run the weekly/monthly stock take and/or helping the head bartender in carrying such duty
- To be a Role Model & promote the company values
About you
The ideal candidate for Rooftop Assistant General Manager job in UK should have previous experience in a similar role/environment and
- Previous experience in a similar role for at least 1 year
- Confident with stock taking and inventory procedures
- Well-presented and well groomed
- Ability to multi-task, effectively prioritise and execute tasks while being under pressure
- A consistently positive attitude, self-motivated and enthusiastic
- Flexibility in working time and weekly shifts pattern
- Attend any meeting or training session as require
