Manage venue pre-opening budget to control expenses and increase revenue
Responsible for the recruitment and direct supervision of all F&B staff
Promote a positive work environment by ensuring the appropriate staffing levels are in place, the continuous training of colleagues, mentoring and coaching
Create a service strategy to maximise guest satisfaction
Supervise and support the Head Bartender in designing seasonal menus
Responsible alongside the Head Bartender for beverage stock control
Ensure that departmental KPIs are achieved
Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the hotel’s management team including sales results and productivity
Implement and embrace F&B operating policies and procedures
Operate in compliance with all local laws and government regulations
