Palm Jumeirah Project

The iconic Palm Jumeirah is a man-made island created using land reclamation by Nakheel, a company owned by the Dubai Government. The Palm Jumeirah features themed boutique hotels, three types of villas (Signature Villas, Garden Homes and Canal Cove Town Homes), shoreline apartment buildings, beaches, marinas, restaurants, cafés and a variety of retail outlets. Abu Dhabi International Airport

The Expansion of Abu Dhabi International Airport consists of an extension to the existing airport, and construction of an exclusive Etihad Airways Terminal. There will be a total of nine aircraft docking bays, two of which are designed for the A380 aircraft. The new facility includes First Class and Business Class Lounges, 25 check-in desks and approximately 3,000 square meters of duty-free space. Oman Agencies, the leading overseas employment agencies, was assigned to provide international employment solutions to Aster Gilaf Group (from the Joint Venture Al Habtoor Murray & Roberts) for this project in 2007.

Dubai Mall Project

The Dubai Mall is the world’s largest shopping mall based on total area and sixth largest by gross leasable area. Located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, it is part of the Burj Dubai complex. This $20 billion dollar project has 1,200 shops. The mall was built by a joint venture of Dutco Balfour Beatty, Al Ghandi/ Consolidated Contractors Co. (CCC) and Turner Construction for Emaar Properties. Oman Agencies, one of the best international employment agencies, was assigned to provide workers from India, Nepal, Bangladesh and Asia to Consolidated Contractors Co. (CCC), UAE in 2005

Dubai Metro Project

The Dubai Metro is one of the most advanced urban rail systems in the world and will be the catalyst for tourism, financial and economic growth of the country. Dubai Rail Link (DURL) consortium made up of Japanese companies including Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Mitsubishi Corporation, Obayashi Corporation, Kajima Corporation and Turkish firm Yapi Merkezi. We were assigned the task of employing foreign workers abroad such as welders, masons, plumbers, carpenters and labourers from India, Nepal, Bangladesh and Asia for an Italian-based contractor Rizzani de Eccher for this project in 2007.

Sultan Qaboos Sports Complex

Taylor Woodrow International Ltd. acquired a £100 million construction contract for the development of Sultan Qaboos Sports Complex, Bausher. The contract involved building a state of- the-art sport complex in Muscat, Oman. We were assigned to provide international employment solutions for this prestigious project in 1979.

Muscat International Airport

Consolidated Contractors Co. (CCC) and Turkey’s TAV bagged an OMR 500 million ($1.3 billion) construction contract for the development of Muscat International Airport. The contract involves building the northern runway, taxiway system, aprons, roads, utility buildings and other civil works. Oman Agencies, a global employment agency, has commenced the process of providing plumbers from India, Nepal, Bangladesh and Asia to Consolidated Contractors Co. (CCC), Oman in 2011

Sheraton Hotel Project

Sheraton Hotel is the tallest building in Oman, located in the heart of the Ruwi business district. It harbours 230 guest rooms and is constructed by Six Construct (a subsidiary of Besix Group, Belgium). Oman Agencies, an overseas employment agencies, was assigned by Six Construct to provide international employment solutions for this project in 1985.

LRT Project | Malaysia

Taylor Woodrow International Ltd. financed and constructed the $850 million STAR LRT in Kuala Lumpur, creating one of the largest privately financed infrastructure projects in the world. In 1990, Taylor Woodrow developed the proposal for a total rail system in the rapidly developing capital city. Construction started in 1993; the full 27 km system opened to the public in 1998. Oman Agencies, employment agencies in India, were appointed by Taylor Woodrow International to provide labourers from India, Nepal, Bangladesh and Asia for the project in 1991.

ExxonMobil Oil & Gas

The LNG Project is located 28 kms from Port Moresby in Papua New Guinea. A project owned by Exxonmobil and the contractor is Chiyoda-JGC joint venture with Consolidated Contractors Co. (CCC) as their sub contractors. Consolidated Contractors Co. (CCC) was looking for overseas employment companies to provide plumbers from India, Nepal, Bangladesh and Asia and we were appointed to fulfill their requirement for the project in 2012.

South Yoloten Oil & Gas Project

The Turkmenistan South Yoloten Project is located 500 kms from the capital city of Ashgabat. A project by Turkmengas wherein Petrofac International is the primary contractor and Consolidated Contractors Co. (CCC) is their sub contractor. Oman Agencies, global employment agency, was assigned to provide labourers from India, Nepal, Bangladesh and Asia to this project through Consolidated Contractors Co.(CCC) in 2011.

Kuwait City Cleaning Project

National Cleaning Co. and Kuwait & Gulf Link Transportation Co. (KGL) Group has been awarded contracts by the Kuwait Ministry of Awqaf and Kuwait Municipality for city cleaning and maintenance in Kuwait. These companies also deliver similar services to hotels, private schools & institutes, cooperative societies, government and private hospitals, private buildings, banks and commercial complexes. We continue to meet their manpower requirements for their various projects in 1993.

Four Seasons Hotel Project - Qatar

The Four Seasons Hotel, built on the beach-front consists of one main 18 storey tower with guest rooms, a second apartment tower and a row of beach-front villas for longer guest stays. Oman Agencies, abroad employment agency, provided carpenters from India, Nepal, Bangladesh and Asia to Construction Development Company (CDC) for this project.

Islamic Development Bank Project

Taylor Woodrow International Ltd. won £60 million contract for the development of The Islamic Development Bank, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Oman Agencies, overseas employment agencies, was assigned to provide labourers from India, Nepal, Bangladesh and Asia for this project in 1983.

Mining Project

We have been assigned to provide international employment solutions to Consolidated Contractors Co. (CCC) for the development of this Mining site in Mauritania, Africa for Kinross in 2012.

University of Botswana Project

This landmark project was executed through a joint venture between Murray & Roberts and Taylor Woodrow International. It is the largest building project which had ever been undertaken in Botswana. Taylor Woodrow International Ltd. was in search for overseas employment companies to provide manpower for their project and Oman Agencies, international employment agencies, were assigned to provide welders from India, Nepal, Bangladesh and Asia for this project in 1991.

Mater Dei Hospital Project - Malta

Mater Dei Hospital is a state-of-the-art public hospital in Msida, Malta. The 250,000 sqm complex includes 825 beds and 25 operating theatres. It is designed and built by Swedish construction firm through a joint venture with Mekanika Ltd., Alberta Contracts, ESI Malta, Aster Group & Panta Construction. Oman Agencies, employment agencies in India, provided Mechanical & Electrical manpower from India to Mekanika, Alberta Contracts, ESI Malta and Aster Group for this project

Intercontinental Hotel Project - Malta

The Intercontinental Hotel, Malta is an elite hospitality property that harbours 451 guest rooms. It stands on 4,000 sqm landscape gardens with 2,700 sqm of function space. The project has been executed by Mekanika Ltd. and Panta Lesco. We provided international employment solutions to Mekanika and Panta Lesco in 2005

Hilton Hotel Project

The Hilton Malta is a magnificent 10-storey luxury hotel comprising of 294 rooms. The Project was executed by Mekanika Ltd. and Panta Lesco. Oman Agencies, global employment agency, was assigned to provide masons from India, Nepal, Bangladesh and Asia to both these organizations in 2005.

Supreme Court Project - Oman

The Supreme Court, based in Muscat, is the highest court in the land. Headed by Sheikh Ishaq bin Ahmed al Busaidi, it rules on the extent to which laws and regulations comply with the Basic Law of the State and its provisions. In its supervisory capacity, it ensures the correct implementation of the Law by the courts and rules on appeals filed before it. Oman Agencies, global employment agency, was assigned to provide labourers from India, Nepal, Bangladesh and Asia for Supreme Court project to Towell Construction & Co. LLC.

Muscat Sea Port

Oman Sea Port is the largest port in Muscat, Oman. Developed initially as a part of a plan for a "Greater Muttrah" by Qaboos bin Said al Said's predecessor, Said bin Taimur, the port's construction was completed in the 1970. The port is operated and managed by Port Services Corporation S.A.O.G. Oman Agencies, abroad employment agency, was assigned to provide international employment solutions to Towell Construction & Co. LLC.

Iranian Mosque Project

This is a fabulous mosque, completely different than the other mosques in Dubai. It’s built in Persian style, covered with green-blue mosaic with floral motifs. Oman Agencies, global employment agency, was assigned to provide labourers from India, Nepal, Bangladesh and Asia to Rizzani De Accher for this project in 2007.

MC4A Civil Aviation Head Quarters Building Project

The assignment to build MC4a was awarded to Towell Construction & Co (TCC). MC4a project, a modern dynamic building involving world class design and finishes and state-of-the-art services, contributing to the realization of the Muscat International Airport Complex. Oman Agencies, global employment agency, was assigned to provide international employment solutions to Towell Construction & Co. LLC.

The Palace Services is responsible for providing administrative services to Royal Palaces including the kitchens, Monitoring Astronomical phenomena, Some medical services, Properties of the court and tailors, The Royal Court Affairs Royal specializes in gardens and farms development of agricultural production Royal Estate, Royal Hospitality, Royal Cavalry, Royal Cavalry, Royal Yacht, Royal Flight, Veterinary Services.

Briman Strategic Water Reservoir and the Al Khumra Lifting Station

VINCI Construction UK, in a joint venture with Al Muhaidib Contracting Company (AMC), has won two separate contracts in Jeddahwith the Saudi Arabian National Water Company. The contracts, with a combined worth of over £110 million, are for the design and build of the Briman Strategic Water Reservoir and the Al Khumra Lifting Station. Oman Agencies, international employment agencies, was assigned to provide plumbers from India, Nepal, Bangladesh and Asia to Al Muhaidib Contracting Company (AMC) in 2012.

La Cigale

La Cigale is a theater at 120, boulevard de Rochechouart near Place Pigalle, in the 18th arrondissement of Paris. The theatre is part of a complex that is connected to Le Trabendo and the Boule Noire. The hall can accommodate 1389 people (for concerts where the audience is standing) or 954 people (for shows with entire audience seated). The floor of the orchestra has a scalable platform that can tilt and rise through a system of hydraulics.
