Palm Jumeirah Project, Dubai
The iconic Palm Jumeirah is a man-made island created using land reclamation by Nakheel, a company owned by the Dubai Government. The Palm Jumeirah features themed boutique hotels, three types of villas (Signature Villas, Garden Homes and Canal Cove Town Homes), shoreline apartment buildings, beaches, marinas, restaurants, cafés and a variety of retail outlets. Oman Agencies, global employment agency, was assigned to provide international employment solutions and labourers from India, Nepal, Bangladesh and Asia for Nakheel Palm Jumeirah project in 2006
Abu Dhabi Airport, UAE
The Expansion of Abu Dhabi International Airport consisted of an extension to the existing airport, and construction of an exclusive Etihad Airways Terminal. There were a total of nine aircraft docking bays, two of which were designed for the A380 aircraft. The new facility included First Class and Business Class Lounges, 25 check-in desks and approximately 3,000 square meters of duty-free space. Oman Agencies, the leading overseas employment agencies, was assigned to provide overseas recruitment solutions to Aster Gilaf Group (from the Joint Venture Al Habtoor Murray & Roberts) for this project in 2007.
Dubai Mall Project, UAE
The Dubai Mall is the world’s largest shopping mall based on total area and sixth largest by gross leasable area. Located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, it is part of the Burj Dubai complex. This $20 billion dollar project has 1,200 shops. The mall was built by a joint venture of Dutco Balfour Beatty, Al Ghandi/ Consolidated Contractors Co. (CCC) and Turner Construction for Emaar Properties. Oman Agencies, one of the best international employment agencies, was involved in the recruitment and selection project assigned to provide workers from India, Nepal, Bangladesh and Asia to Consolidated Contractors Co. (CCC), UAE in 2005
Dubai Metro Project, UAE
The Dubai Metro is one of the most advanced urban rail systems in the world and is the catalyst for tourism, financial and economic growth of the country. Dubai Rail Link (DURL) consortium is made up of Japanese companies including Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Mitsubishi Corporation, Obayashi Corporation, Kajima Corporation and Turkish firm Yapi Merkezi. This is one of the most prestigious global recruitment projects that Oman Agencies has worked on. Oman Agencies was assigned the task of employing foreign workers abroad such as welders, masons, plumbers, carpenters and labourers from India, Nepal, Bangladesh and Asia for an Italian-based contractor Rizzani de Eccher for this project in 2007.
Sultan Qaboos Sports Complex
Taylor Woodrow International Ltd. worked on a £100 million construction contract for the development of Sultan Qaboos Sports Complex, Bausher. The contract involved building a state of- the-art sport complex in Muscat, Oman. Oman Agencies worked on this overseas deployment project to provide international employment solutions for this prestigious project in 1979.
Muscat International Airport
Consolidated Contractors Co. (CCC) and Turkey’s TAV bagged an OMR 500 million ($1.3 billion) construction contract for the development of Muscat International Airport. The contract involves building the northern runway, taxiway system, aprons, roads, utility buildings and other civil works. This project stands out in our recruitment agency project portfolio. Sheraton Hotel Project, Muscat
Sheraton Hotel is the tallest building in Oman, located in the heart of the Ruwi business district. It harbours 230 guest rooms and is constructed by Six Construct (a subsidiary of Besix Group, Belgium). Oman Agencies, an overseas employment agencies, worked on this global talent acquisition projects and was assigned by Six Construct to provide international employment solutions for this project in 1985.
LRT Project, Malaysia
Taylor Woodrow International Ltd. financed and constructed the $850 million STAR LRT in Kuala Lumpur, creating one of the largest privately financed infrastructure projects in the world. In 1990, Taylor Woodrow developed the proposal for a total rail system in the rapidly developing capital city of Kuala Lumpur. Construction started in 1993; the full 27 km system opened to the public in 1998. Oman Agencies, employment agencies in India, were appointed by Taylor Woodrow International to provide labourers from India, Nepal, Bangladesh and Asia for this workforce deployment project in 1991.
ExxonMobil Oil & Gas PNG
The LNG Project is located 28 kms from Port Moresby in Papua New Guinea. A project owned by Exxonmobil and the contractor is Chiyoda-JGC joint venture with Consolidated Contractors Co. (CCC) as their sub contractors. Consolidated Contractors Co. (CCC) was looking for overseas employment companies to provide plumbers from India, Nepal, Bangladesh and Asia and we were appointed to fulfill their requirement for the project in 2012.
South Yoloten Oil & Gas Project
The Turkmenistan South Yoloten Project is located 500 kms from the capital city of Ashgabat. A project by Turkmengas wherein Petrofac International is the primary contractor and Consolidated Contractors Co. (CCC) is their sub contractor. Oman Agencies, global employment agency, was assigned to provide overseas recruitment solutions & labourers from India, Nepal, Bangladesh and Asia to this project through Consolidated Contractors Co.(CCC) in 2011.
Kuwait City Cleaning Project
National Cleaning Co. and Kuwait & Gulf Link Transportation Co. (KGL) Group had been awarded contracts by the Kuwait Ministry of Awqaf and Kuwait Municipality for city cleaning and maintenance in Kuwait. These companies also deliver similar services to hotels, private schools & institutes, cooperative societies, government and private hospitals, private buildings, banks and commercial complexes. We continue to meet their manpower requirements for their various projects till date
Four Seasons Hotel Qatar
The Four Seasons Hotel, built on the beach-front consists of one main 18 storey tower with guest rooms, a second apartment tower and a row of beach-front villas for longer guest stays. Oman Agencies, abroad employment agency, provided carpenters from India, Nepal, Bangladesh and Asia to Construction Development Company (CDC) for this project. Islamic Dev. Bank Jeddah
Taylor Woodrow International Ltd. won this £60 million contract for the development of The Islamic Development Bank, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Oman Agencies, overseas employment agencies, worked on this project as a recruitment and selection project. Oman Agencies was assigned to provide labourers from India, Nepal, Bangladesh and Asia for this project in 1983.
Tasiast Gold Mine
Oman Agencies supplied skilled manpower to Consolidated Contractors Company (CCC) for its work on the Tasiast Gold Mine expansion project in Mauritania. CCC, acting as a key subcontractor to Kinross Gold Corporation, was responsible for major civil engineering works associated with the plant construction. This contract, central to the expansion of Kinross’s flagship operation in the country, was reportedly valued at approximately US$1 billion
University of Botswana Project
This landmark project was executed through a joint venture between Murray & Roberts and Taylor Woodrow International. It is the largest building project which had ever been undertaken in Botswana. Taylor Woodrow International Ltd. was in search for overseas employment companies to provide manpower for their project and Oman Agencies, international employment agencies, were assigned to provide welders from India, Nepal, Bangladesh and Asia for this project in 1991.
Mater Dei Hospital Malta
Mater Dei Hospital is a state-of-the-art public hospital in Msida, Malta. The 250,000 sqm complex includes 825 beds and 25 operating theatres. It is designed and built by Swedish construction firm through a joint venture with Mekanika Ltd., Alberta Contracts, ESI Malta, Aster Group & Panta Construction. Oman Agencies, employment agencies in India, provided Mechanical & Electrical manpower from India to Mekanika, Alberta Contracts, ESI Malta and Aster Group for this project. Oman Agencies has been working in Malta for over 4 decades and has participated in numerous projects in recruitment
Intercontinental Hotel Malta
The Intercontinental Hotel, Malta is an elite hospitality property that harbours 451 guest rooms. It stands on 4,000 sqm landscape gardens with 2,700 sqm of function space. The project has been executed by Mekanika Ltd. and Panta Lesco. Oman Agencies provided international employment solutions to Mekanika and Panta Lesco in 2005
Hilton Hotel Project Malta
The Hilton Malta is a magnificent 10-storey luxury hotel comprising of 294 rooms. The Project was executed by Mekanika Ltd. and Panta Lesco. Oman Agencies, global employment agency, was assigned to provide masons from India, Nepal, Bangladesh and Asia to both these organizations in 2005. Oman Agencies also continues to supply manpower for the operations of the hotel including housekeeping, kitchen staff and engineering staff
Supreme Court Project, Oman
Oman Agencies supplied skilled manpower to Taylor Woodrow Towell for the construction of the Supreme Court building in Oman. Located in Ghubra, opposite the Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque, the Supreme Court is a landmark judicial facility designed to reflect both modernity and Omani architectural heritage. The building features advanced technological systems, including integrated electronic court infrastructure and high-end audiovisual solutions, enabling seamless judicial proceedings. Taylor Woodrow Towell, one of Oman’s leading construction companies, played a key role in the successful execution of this prestigious project, with Oman Agencies supporting its workforce requirements through the provision of qualified personnel.
Muscat Sea Port, Oman
Oman Sea Port is the largest port in Muscat, Oman. Developed initially as a part of a plan for a "Greater Muttrah" by Qaboos bin Said al Said's predecessor, Said bin Taimur, the port's construction was completed in the 1970. The port is operated and managed by Port Services Corporation S.A.O.G. This is one of the flagship global recruitment projects that Oman Agencies has worked on it the past. Oman Agencies, abroad employment agency, was assigned to provide international employment solutions to Towell Construction & Co. LLC.
Iranian Mosque Project, Dubai
In 2007, Oman Agencies provided skilled manpower to Rizzani de Eccher for the construction of the Iranian Mosque in Dubai. Located in the Satwa district, this architecturally significant mosque is renowned for its elaborate Persian design, striking blue tilework, and intricate calligraphy—showcasing the rich cultural and artistic traditions of Iranian Islamic architecture. The project required exceptional craftsmanship and technical precision to meet its demanding aesthetic and structural standards. Rizzani de Eccher, a globally respected construction company, led the development, with Oman Agencies supporting the effort by supplying experienced workforce solutions that contributed to the successful and timely completion of the project.
MC4A Civil Aviation Building
The contract for the construction of the MC4A building, a key component of the Muscat International Airport Complex, was awarded to Towell Construction & Co. LLC (TCC). This modern, dynamic facility features world-class design, high-end finishes, and cutting-edge services, playing a pivotal role in the expansion and modernization of the airport. The MC4A project is a reflection of Oman’s growing infrastructure ambitions, combining innovative architectural design with the latest technological advancements in construction. To support the execution of this significant project, Oman Agencies, a leading global employment solutions provider, was engaged to supply international manpower solutions to Towell Construction & Co. LLC. Oman Agencies played a vital role by sourcing and deploying a skilled, diverse workforce to meet the specialized requirements of the MC4A development, ensuring the project’s seamless progress and successful completion.
Diwan of Royal Court Oman
Oman Agencies provided a dedicated workforce to Galfar Engineering and Contracting for the construction of the Diwan of Royal Court in Oman. This landmark project involved the development of a prestigious government building, requiring a high level of expertise in civil works, structural engineering, and finishing details. Galfar, known for its excellence in large-scale infrastructure projects, managed the construction, ensuring the facility met the rigorous standards set for such an important institution. Briman Strategic Reservoir
In 2012, VINCI Construction UK, in partnership with Al Muhaidib Contracting Company (AMC), secured two significant contracts with the Saudi Arabian National Water Company in Jeddah, valued at over £110 million. These contracts involved the design and construction of the Briman Strategic Water Reservoir and the Al Khumra Lifting Station. Oman Agencies, a global employment solutions provider, was tasked with supplying skilled plumbers from India, Nepal, Bangladesh, and other parts of Asia to support Al Muhaidib Contracting Company (AMC) in delivering these critical infrastructure projects.
La Cigale Hotel Doha
Oman Agencies supplied skilled manpower to Nile Aster for the construction of the iconic La Cigale Hotel in Doha, Qatar. Located in the upscale Al Sadd area, La Cigale is a five-star luxury hotel featuring 225 rooms and suites, multiple fine-dining restaurants, a sky lounge, spa, and one of Doha’s largest ballrooms. The project demanded high standards of craftsmanship in premium interior finishes and advanced building systems. Nile Aster led the construction, with Oman Agencies providing the experienced workforce essential for the successful delivery of this landmark development. Riyadh Metro Project
Oman Agencies supplied skilled manpower to Consolidated Contractors Company (CCC) for the construction of the Riyadh Metro project in Saudi Arabia. The Riyadh Metro is one of the largest public transportation infrastructure projects in the world, consisting of six metro lines spanning approximately 176 kilometers with 85 stations across the capital. Designed to alleviate traffic congestion and modernize urban mobility, the project featured extensive tunneling, elevated tracks, and state-of-the-art stations. CCC was part of the FAST Consortium, responsible for executing Lines 4, 5, and 6, involving complex civil, structural, and systems integration works. Oman Agencies supported this major development by providing experienced personnel across various trades, contributing to the successful progress of this transformative initiative.
Corinthia Hotel Budapest
Oman Agencies continues to supply operational staff to Corinthia Hotels in Budapest, Malta, and Lisbon, providing skilled personnel in housekeeping, kitchen, engineering, and front office departments.
