Refund policy

Before making a payment to us  Oman Agencies, Manpower Supplier from India regarding any recruitment related services or if you find work abroad please review our refund policy below. 

For Clients: Refund policy for clients may vary based on the Agency Agreement signed between the Client and Oman Agencies. In certain cases, we may provide replacement candidates to the Company in case the Candidate leaves the job during the probationary period.

For Candidates: For candidates whom we help find work abroad and overseas, we do not offer a refund policy. Our services rendered such as recruiting, facilitation, documentation and mobilization are non-refundable.

Consultation Payment: As the demand for a consultation service is very high, we generally do not offer refunds for cancelled appointments. However, if you give us more than 48 hours’ notice, we are more than happy to credit paid fees towards rescheduling another consultation at a suitable time and date.

If you wish to seek a refund based on exceptional circumstances, the circumstances will be taken into consideration and a refund will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds will be done on original mode of payment used.

Refunds will not be given if you have changed your mind.

Professional Service Fee: When you engage Oman Agencies, a recruitment services provider from India, to act on your behalf, we provide you with a extensive and professional service. Our team executes your case immediately, providing you with ongoing advice as per your requirements through the whole process.

Due to the amount of research work that is carried out and performed on respective cases from the time of registration, we generally do not offer refunds on professional service fees paid to Oman Agencies.

If you wish to seek a refund based on exceptional circumstances, the circumstances will be taken into consideration and a refund will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds will not be given if you have changed your mind.

Refund requests that have been approved will be processed as per the accounting cycle of Oman Agencies payment made by the same method that you made payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of Oman Agencies
