Position Summary
- Reporting to the Brand & Marketing Communications Manager, the Graphic Designer has the responsibility to deliver creative execution for all sorts of content and format through all channels
- Alignment with the brand strategy and enforcement of brand guidelines are a MUST
- An important part of the role includes at the beginning the set-up of tools and processes to facilitate the work with the different Business Units
Main Responsibilities for Graphic Designer Job Europe
- Define tools and processes to support the creative journey to be used by the Business Units, ensure adequate storage, searching / archiving facility including monitoring of activities
- Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral, ensuring projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects ensuring optimal handling of internal customers.
- Contribute to the establishment of creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines
- Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software, oversee artistic direction for photo / video shootings
Physical Requirements/ Working Conditions
Work is on a full-time basis. Typically work is from main office but visits to and meetings with stakeholders is required
Education & Licenses Required for Graphic Designing Job in Malta
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in graphic design
- Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, digital and the web
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, InDesign, and other graphic design software

- Talent for delivering client service through teamwork and across multiple business units and teams
- A highly proactive, solution-oriented approach to work and interactions
- The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, juggling multiple projects and multi-tasking in a busy and ambitious environment
- Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent eye for detail
- Native or bilingual proficiency in both spoken and written English
