Job Description for Cashier Job in Kuwait

Requirements/ Qualifications
- High school/Degree/Diploma
- Proven working experience in retail cashier or sales
- Basic PC knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment (e.g. cash register, scanners, money counters etc.)
- Bilingual ( English & Arabic – Read, Speak and Write)
Purpose
- To process all transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Receive and safeguard revenues from collectors in both cash and cheques and issue receipts • Prepare a daily reconciliation between the received amount and receipts issued
- Deposit all amount both cash and cheques in the appropriate bank accounts and to maintain accurate reconciliation
- Record all details of received amount and payments made on the REMS
- Issue invoices on behalf of Company as required
- Distribute payments by cash or cheques on behalf of the company to suppliers, contractors and employees and to verify the Id of the recipient
- Report all default payments to the Legal Department within specified time scales
- HSE Accountability
- Performs additional duties and assignments, as requested.
Internal / External Communications
- Internal: Assistant Finance Manager; Chief Accountant Officers
- External: Banks and bill collecting related offices

- Salary : 200 KD
